I feel the value is there. Yet the barrier of entry is quite high given the investment. I understand that $10 to $48k is a lot to invest up front.
Therefore I'd like to convey to any interested persons that the pricing terms are negotiable. Rather than pay the full amount up front, I suggest we split the payment into installments that are awarded upon the achievement of specific milestones. For example, when the site reaches x in monthly revenue a milestone payment is due. And so on.
This gives you the the advantage of not having to make a large up front investment while still receiving full value.
