I really don't want to piss off any Euros here but I have been pondering a question for a long time: I can tell a Euro...especially Brit from a mile away. Why do alot of them look to have down syndrome??

no continental europeans have that 'look', just people from the british isles, irish and british. my theory is that it's all the celtic genes because you find loads of them with the 'look' of the syndrome in north england, leeds, scotland and ireland of course but not as much down in london. so the londoners are mostly of germanic, anglo-saxon genes, descendants of the anglo-saxons of 1066 who stuck round london.
