Since eliquid is going for it, I'll try too: Anyone know a DMOZ meta editor for hire?

DMOZ editors do only handle one category, but a meta editor, I think, can edit other categories, if I remember. I think I'm still an editor, but not a useful category. I last logged in about 4 years ago and I think most of the editors are AWOL.

Why would anyone give a shit about getting a link from dmoz in 2012? Why would anyone even go to the effort of paying someone to get a link from there in 2012?

I would spend $100 on a link in DMOZ just cause its DMOZ ... I dont know if it would make one bit of difference for my site but if i had the chance to get a link there for a small amount of coin I damn sure wouldnt pass it up.

i actually had an internet business class in college last year and a question was what is the most important directory to get your website listed in? the answer was dmoz. It just seemed weird to me that shit was in textbooks in 2011
