The movie was released today. Anyone planning on seeing it tonight or has seen it already?
 


It doesn't look that great to me. The guy they got to play Superman looks kind of like a wuss, which is fine when he is being Clark Kent, but he should be more manly as Superman.
 
I will probably see it on the weekend.

The superheo films I am looking forward to are Spidey 3 and Wolverine. Superman is a little too cleancut, good and wholesome for my likes.

Gonna see it tomorrow at the Imax in 3D

Just checked the reviews and people seem to like it.. (B+)

I like Kevin Spacey a lot. Especially in Seven and in Usual Suspects. He's a great actor. Wish he would play serial killers more often though.

Did you not see Seven?? What about American Beauty? I loved him in those two!
 
So looking forward to this film. Superman fan from way back.

I saw the original at the movies *cough yes I'm that old*

SPacey was absolutely brilliant in American Beauty and Usual Suspects! I'm looking forward to seeing him as Lex
 
I haven't seen the movie, although I do want to. The buzz I have been hearing is that there is some kind of gay undertone to the movie. Anyone else heard this?

I didn't see either one. Maybe I'm giving the guy a bad rap. As I said he was brilliant in The Usual Suspects and if he played a psycho in Seven, then I'm sure he was fantastic, but it was movies like Pay it Forward, The Shipping News, and Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil that really put me off him.

usual suspects did it for me. talk about a great character!

he was also great in the one about the death penalty... can't think of the name at the moment... i need sleep.
 
Well I'm kinda fan of all superhero movies (even those really bad movies hehe) and I can't wait to watch this one. :)
