Looking for suggestions on some preferably free (but not completely against paid) task/to do management software. Up until recently I was working for a company that had its own task management software that I could see being very useful for trying to juggle link building, posting, and other SEO tasks for multiple sites, which is what I'm doing now.
The main aspect of the software I'm interested in was that it had a do to list with various tasks we had to complete in so much time. The most urgent fell at the top of the list while those that were scheduled later or less urgent were pushed more towards the bottom. If the task was a "step" of a larger, multi-step task (which most were) it would then trigger the step following it to fall on the list.
This was a bit easier to all keep track of in the beginning with two or three sites but with more expansion it's becoming more of an issue. Anyone else use software or programs that do similar or have a system of our own to share? I can think of one (basecamp) which seems pretty nice and may fulfill what I'm looking for, although it's a little pricey and I'm not at the point of needing something for multiple people to be able to work on large projects, which is what basecamp seems more suited for.
