So if you happen to remember - Techcrunch was defaced twice this year. Usually hackers are pretty smart and erase all the evidence or atleast make it virtually impossible to track down their IP.
Well, as it turns out - the authorities have tracked down the hacker and has now asked TechCrunch if they want to press charges against the hacker (which would require extradition from the suspect's homeland in Ireland). And TechCrunch is asking users what they should do via a Poll.
They have also posted the chat logs of the hackers having conversation right after the site was hacked.
