The Biggest Thread On Wicked Fire ;)

I'm new to the game so the only thing that I can really contribute is to try not to be a "Jack of all trades" because that will leave you a master of none.

Basic knowledge in all the areas in the field are needed but don't try to master all of them at once. Take one thing at a time.

Use wisdom and know when to ignore circumstances. Milton Hershey was pennyless and was considered an irresponsible drifter w/failed businesses at 28. His family wouldn't give him a job. He eventually started another business. After several years he sold his very successful carmel business to a competitor to devote himself to a year old business originally created for the carmel business......Hershey's Chocolate.

So what you are saying is that I should invest all my money into a carmel business?

Slow movement is better than no movement. A week with only one step a day will get you seven steps closer to your goal. No steps....at the end of the week you end up in the same place you started. 7 steps doesn't seem like much, I know, but look at the big picture. In a year you would be 364 steps closer to your goal. Don't waste time waiting for everything to be just right and fall into place and you can go a hundred steps a day because you think that's what it takes. In a few years you will still be waiting!

So how many steps closer would you NOT be after 2-3 years waiting? What if in 2-3 years everything comes together and you can take a hundred steps a day, wouldn't it be better to already be positioned closer to the goal because you took that one step every day!

Well, I think it's doing fine - lots of short useful advices are collected in one place, and as long as everyone comes in every once in a while with a witty remark like yours, it'll be good ;)

Also, there's a catch to it - the thread is always current & fresh, so it just might become the biggest active thread after enough time passes.

Which turns into a tip: stay flexible - if the idea doesn't work as originally planned, you can always adjust and modify it according to the new circumstances.

O.K. I'm not just a relative newbie in general, but quite new in posting here - love this place! Hope I'm not out of place, but I'm going to go out on a limb here. I've studied a lot about SEO lately and as you all probably know, the biggest Google dance of all has just transpired.

It all has to do with a new acquisition which has enabled big G to implement LSI (latent semantic indexing). I've seen on other forums that many adsense earners are being wiped out and it's just the beginning. I'll get to the point:

I was following a well known SEO expert's forum and recently purchased his new masterpiece. It was intended that after a limited number, sales would stop for a few months to give the loyal followers a head start, but, of course, somebody is leaking the information. SO - we have been allowed to sell the ebook now as affiliates.

I know, I know - pretty blatant, but this is the real deal, the new wave. Not only that, it's the most complete and comprehensive book I have ever bought. AND it will bring you totally up to date regarding the creation of a solid, white hat, high ranking website.

I don't know if many of you are aware of this new knowledge, but if not you will be happy to get it. Hey, if I'm wrong, refund the book and tell me what an ass I am. I may be misguided, but I genuinely feel that I am doing you a favour by bringing this to your attention. It's the most valuable tip I can provide. Just click my signature and have it all explained properly.

Chuck
