Go USA! One thing we have over most of y'all (other countries) is the variety and availability of food. I had culture shock when I went to Germany because there wasn't a Taco Bell or Wendy's every mile.

Yeah and when they have the fast food places in other countries, at least in asia, it always tastes ...off.

Maybe that was just the dog I was tasting.

Yes, but it is probably NOT what you have in mind.

Staying for a vacation, I make a point of eating native food. Stay away from tourist traps and enjoy people, culture and real good food all over the world.

We don't see any of those stuff in india for sure!! I guess ill have to move to UK or US to enjoy these kind of food ......
 
I'm with ya emp.. If I want to eat Pizza and Curry all the time I'd stay in the UK :P

Gotta admit I did go to a McDonald's in Thailand... I was a bit wasted and a KFC in Malaysia... it was the only place open at a ferry port... (no roti :()
 
I've got a pumpkin pie and a bunch of cool whip - screw the donuts and the bacon - well at least till the pie is gone :)

"Cool H-Whip" (can't spell that phonetically!)

I wonder if a donut shop down here would work. You get good coffee at donut shops in the states?

ALSO: LH, we call them doughnuts over here right? I'm not just making that up am i?
 
Bacon in Thailand sucks.

There are some pretty good donut shops though.

Wait... why do we wake up for bacon and donuts?
 
Damn you all! Now I'm craving Krispy Kreme and they don't have any in my state - closed em all a couple years back, some scandal about a large amount of money being taken from KK HQ...

Yeah, doughnuts. Don't Dunkin' Donuts in petrol (gas) stations do the glazed ones? Sure I've seen them somewhere.
 
I used to just sit there with the container of cool whip and just eat it by it's self. YUM.

(I certainly hope no one has read this thread stoned. If so I feel for you)

Yeah but i think they only do the standard chocolate, plain and strawberry don't they? In BP garages right? We only just got them here in Devon.

I swear we're at least a year behind everyone else. lol
