I'm not bowing down mate, my head chef taught us Jelly (in terms of preserves) was the same as Jam but went through muslin before cooling in the pots.

When I do Virgin from Glasgow to Euston I always stop of for a Krispy Kreme big box which i eat in the hotel. I then buy another on the way back
