International affiliates are screwed too. The law says if you are marketing to americans, you are subject to US laws. Whether or not its enforced is another story.
One solution is to create a company in any third world latin american country (except mexico). Then open a bank accoun in the us under that company. Besides you can always partner with some guy in these countries. Most of them dont even have a legislation regarding e-commerce, less with articles of course.
Of course it works - just like conning a senor citizen out of their life savings works. But most of us just don't do those kinds of things. And yes, it's fraud and probably is illegal most everywhere (except perhaps Nigeria), but not really enforced.Deceptive advertising just works.

This guy in India I was competing against is probably banking super hard now that the FTC wiped out all of his US-based competition. Yeah he's running farticles.
