One solution is to create a company in any third world latin american country (except mexico). Then open a bank accoun in the us under that company. Besides you can always partner with some guy in these countries. Most of them dont even have a legislation regarding e-commerce, less with articles of course.

Farticles were always shady and I have no problem with the FTC exercising one of the few muscles it should actually flex. I have no sympathy for anyone that had to shut down their Acai Berry Cures Cancer As Shown on Fox/CNN/NBC campaign.
