When I was s student I used to shop at a place called Waremart. They had huge amounts of bulk food. I would buy a big sack of macaroni sold by the pound and a block of fake Velveeta cheese the size of a cinder block. I would live on that cheap macaroni and cheese for a month for a few dollars. Saved enough to buy a six pack of Mickey's malt liquor each week. Almost died of malnutrition, and to this day can't even look at mac and cheese, but hey it was cheap.

Welfare is done in style in the UK. Here's a story of a dude who claimed £43 grand and used some of to pay for his Russian wife's tit upgrade. He then tried to fake his own death in Moscow so that they could collect on the insurance.
