Turkey breast burgers (home made) on 15 grain bread 3x-4x a day

Been on this diet like a year now lol
 
i actually been hearing a lot about steal oats, gonna put that im my diet.

Start off the day with Good omega-3, Good Mens Multi-V, and Vitamin D-3.

Upper body and cardio on Monday, lower Body and cardio on Tuesday, weds off continue.

Whey Protein(Isolate ofcourse) 15-20 after workout.

ofcourse the common stay away froms fried food, bad sugar, bad carbs, and POP!

High Heart rate cardio is the best for sleeping great and energy through day

Edit: reverse osmosis water is just basic purified water. get it at almost any grocery store for .25c a gallon. I go through about 50 gallons a month just to maintain my saltwater tanks.

Right, reverse osmosis water is just a really diesel water filter that removes almost everything from NY's tap water, including the almighty fluoride that they keep dumping into our water.

Don't you ever get bored? I once went on a chicken breast, spinach, and egg white diet for 3 months while cutting and I felt like killing myself. After that, I ate like Kobayashi by devouring 5 sandwhiches and 4 pints of ben and jerries in one sitting, which productionhead witnessed first hand.

Nope I don't. I make them in different flavors. Some I put ranch powder in, some bbq(sugar free), some with cayenne pepper, parsley.

On either saturday or sunday ill eat whatever I want

That makes sense then. I think anyone would go insane eating the same thing for three months straight, no matter what it is.
 
Chicken stir fry consisting of chicken, scallions, and white rice. Btw, how long does that almond milk stay good for? I was thinking of making some.
