Whey Protein(Isolate ofcourse) 15-20 after workout.

High Heart rate cardio is the best for sleeping great and energy through day
Edit: reverse osmosis water is just basic purified water. get it at almost any grocery store for .25c a gallon. I go through about 50 gallons a month just to maintain my saltwater tanks.

Don't you ever get bored? I once went on a chicken breast, spinach, and egg white diet for 3 months while cutting and I felt like killing myself. After that, I ate like Kobayashi by devouring 5 sandwhiches and 4 pints of ben and jerries in one sitting, which productionhead witnessed first hand.
Nope I don't. I make them in different flavors. Some I put ranch powder in, some bbq(sugar free), some with cayenne pepper, parsley.
On either saturday or sunday ill eat whatever I want
