Are you eating one sub the entire day? If so, you're most likely under eating and slowing down your metabolism. Unless that sub is 2k calories or you're a midget.
 
Chicken stir fry consisting of chicken, scallions, and white rice. Btw, how long does that almond milk stay good for? I was thinking of making some.

I would say 7-10 days with agave syrup or honey and 3-5 days if you use a banana as a natural sweetener.

If you ain't got titties and you workout, sure.

I guess stay away from store bought apple pies made with HFCS and just buy local. You can eat about anything (mostly unprocessed), as long as it is in moderation.

I just bought Chinese food because my friggin radiator sprung a leak before I left for Vegas and the piping was shut off. I have no water or heat right now, can't cook and the plumber comes Tuesday. I'm having stir fry chicken and vegetables over white rice. No fried eggrolls or other greasy stuff.

I got very sedentary from working behind a laptop all day, and got exhausted easily when I hit the pavement again. Or I was just lazy. When I was in Vegas I walked miles every day, and was fine. The point being you can do more if you're motivated and just ignore you body a little when you get tired. I walked on the last day from the Mandalay Bay casino, in and out of other casinos, up and down the staircases, all the way to the Sahara, which is close to downtown. I believe that's about 4 miles or more.
 
I try to eat similar to the OP, grass feed, fruits, veggies, microgreens all that shit. I still throw in a pizza from time to time and eat out a lot. But I am doing better, new year and all that.

Yeah, I binge each once a week and I KILL IT COMPLETELY. That is how productionhead and I got the nickname of "Greenpoint killas" because we use to consume 15-20 pounds of solid food between two of us while watching scarface and blood diamond in our office.... I blame the sour diesel...

Just slipped a little, saturday nights are the hardest you just get so hungry late at night.

this is good advice for the younger guys, when I was growing up I remember we did not have that much food so when my mom cooked I was always advised to finish everything on my plate before I could leave the table.:repuke:

That's funny. My grandparents used to live in Sheepshead Bay on Avenue Z, close to the incinerator. I'm in Nassau for a long time now. Once in a while, I used take the bus from Rockaway Park, over the Cross Bay Bride, to the Kings Plaza Mall.
