What are some of your favorite UI's?

What are some of your favorite user interfaces? Some of my favorites are pinterest, tumblr, and the mailbox app. Pinterest because they basically organized photos in a different way and have a clear and simple UI design.

Tumblr for the endless scrolling and simplicity. And last but not least mailbox for their slick email organization features. The flow of this app is perfect and I don't feel like I just organized a ton of email.
