When did the BST section start charging?

[illmill]

I haven't been here for a while, but I don't remember having to pay to start a new thread in BST.

I'm looking to purchase a list of people in mainland china who might be interested in Forex or the stock market. I would like a high quality list. Since this is a specific request, I thought it might be best to start a new thread.

Jon made a thread about it -

Goddamnit! Serves me right for leaving this place for such a long time. How I do miss WF...

Thanks to WF, I check links by habit everywhere I go.

I think they started charging last week, around October 20th I believe .

it's cool to charge people who are selling a product or service, or if you're looking to hire someone, but it sort of sucks if you are just looking to buy some data or a program and you get charged just for inquiring.
