Yesterday I got to thinking of all the creative ways I used to come up with to hide my stash of nudie mags and porn tapes I acquired back when I was a kid. Not getting busted by Mom & Pop was a top priority. I made false bottom drawers, in shoeboxes in the top of my closet, under my bed wedged against the bottom of the mattress. All sorts of crazy places to avoid detection. I got caught a couple times and they really didn't give a shit

This was back in the good old days of porn, when you were 12 years old and had to get lucky to find a porn tape or mag...none of this spoon fed internet shit like we all enjoy now. Getting porn back in the late 80's, when you weren't 18, was always a challenge. Ah the good old days.

Where did you hide yours? And how many times did your Mom find it?

If any of you were huge nerds like me and played Dungeons and Dragons they had these box sets that had fold out maps, back story, and shit like that in boxes the exact size of magazines. There were usually a couple mags in each of those boxes.

When I was 11 I hid my two magazines in a carrier bag outside, just to be on the safe side. 12/13, in the removable bit of wood underneath the shower - those were never detected. It was around that time I found internet porn :xmas-smiley-016:

Yeah.

My mom use to keep a large magazine rack filled w/ her cosmos - women's day - etc. She almost never cleaned it out, and would never go back to an old magazine once she was done with it. So I'd take the covers off of her old magazines and put them onto my stash. So my porn was hidden out in the open. It worked for quite a while too, until the one day my mom went looking for a clam chowder recipe she had seen somewhere. Needless to say she didn't find what she was looking for. However, she did find MY recipe for clam chowder. :338:

I didn't need to. I was the only one capable of using Compuserv and Prodigy for DOS back then.

This topic isn't really going to apply to all of you who were born after 1980...which is probably most of you.

Hey now, I was born in '82 and I still had some VHS and later DVD porn that I acquired. Don't remember where I stashed VHS but for DVD I think I would just double up in a CD case wit the DVD hidden behind. Now that I think about it, a really stealth way would have been to pop out the tray and hide it between it and the tray card of the jewel case.

I just tried it right now. It works! If I could turn back time...

Funniest thing I have read today.

I hid my stuff in a drawer. We only had one PC, so I didn't save any history there. I mainly just printed out the pics I liked and stuffed them in one of my Nintendo Powers or Xbox Magazines.

lol there was this forest down the road from my house. When me and my buddies were probably 13 we went down there about a half a mile into the forest, found a patch of trees, dug a hole, and put a flat board over it, then covered it up with pine needles.

I LOL hard now just thinking about it..

Amateurs... when I was 14 I got a subscription to Playboy... under my mom's name (I shit you not!) Black plastic covered mag used to arrive in our mailbox once a month :)

My parents never had issues like that.

After all, at that age hormones are fucking RAGING... why fight the inevitable?

I'll do the same with my kids if I ever have them.

my brother and i had a collection stashed in my old man's canoe hanging in the garage. it was safe because he never ever ever fished. to our surprise he did like to clean the garage...
