Good luck. Why should I accept the risk of you never being satisfied (some people never are and will try to withhold payment while the scope creeps)?
Coming from the other side of the table... I only work with clients that:
a) have a decent budget and understand that they get what they pay for.
b) have a crystal clear outline of what they want.
If they don't have "B", then I have to go through some strategic planning and requirements gathering to document (for a fee) what they want.
