Hmmm...
Jon, won't your contests interfere with each other/ overlap?

Namely the "articles" contest and this one.

It looks like you found a way to get me to stop lurking and start posting. Well done. Judging this should be fun for you once the contest ends... reviewing all those posts.

Oh yeah, I agree.

If I were still into cloaking, I would rip him apart in under a week's time.

Not necessarily.. But I do see your point. I think I will change it to either combine the two, or you will only be allowed to enter one or the other instead of both. I'll try to come up with a good way to combine them though so that everyone is happy.

Until you dominate with a cloaking network of over 250 domains for an entire porn related niche for almost 2 years, then you can laugh your ass off.. I know things have changed since then, but even so, it still impresses me to this day, and I doubt many people can say they did it or are able to do it now. Biatch!

Amazing offer from Jon once again... although I'd like to think I stand a chance in this... I know I dont. Way to new to the game and dont have all that much to offer. All though I'm sure all the great posts/articles this will bring will help me out a ton! :D

Goodluck to everyone going for this though!

What an awesome contest!

I just found this site through Digg and am very glad to have done so...

I hope that this generates the traffic that you expect and garners the content as well. It will be a great learning experience for all of us.

So, are some of the threads and articles written going to end up in an RSS that we can impliment into our own blogs?

'gotta get deeper into the site to see whats up!

P.S. Glad to be part of the group.

Good luck to those that enter.

I wont be entering this one I'm afraid. I can't make the helpful posts about the industry that are required, I'm far too new at it. The experts that can write the helpful posts probably don't need the help to make $25K in 6 months.

This site already takes me away from my own sites far too often.

But hey, like I said good luck to those that enter.

yooou can dooo it!!

Nathan, you have a good number of posts there. Why count yourself out? Take a gander at my (currently) low post count...and note the "one post wonders" that agreed. I'm not a marketing jedi either - but I'm gonna give it a go because I really want this. I won't be able to compete quantity-wise so I'll do my best to post the most useful and in-depth info I can (except in 'fkn the dog' threads).

I rather Jon post more often, sharing like he does at sitepoint :)

I agree..

I don't like the direction that SPF went. I'm going to try and post more goodies here and on my blog too. I know I've been lagging in that dept, but with so much going on with my simultaneous projects it's been tough to get away and do a really good quality post.

I just want to archive all your great post :)
I haven't update my file long time since your posts at SPF ;)

Thanks for replying :D

I think this contest won't generate much activity anyways, Jon isn't giving away anything that is neccessarily valuable, and the winners of his previous contest have already learned how much time and money Jon really puts in his prizes.

Ok, why not, let's play some philosophy... ;)

Hah. So, if you can post thoroughly, and put time into it, people have what it takes to learn how to be a super affiliate? Possibly the dumbest thing I've heard ever.
Very shallow conclusion on your part.
1. The focus is not on "posting thoroughly, and puting time into it" but doing those things better then all the others in the contest. Very different.
2. What do you think are the requirements for becoming a super affiliate, seeing as how you just discarded intelligence, discipline and perseverance as non-important ?!

ITALIA said:
Hardly. Why would you care in the first place? I don't see a need to state this, short for words?
Another shallow "just a little too eager to sound smart" conclusion. How can you tell if it's a chance of a lifetime or not ?! Regarding the other part of your comment, the majority of people have self limiting beliefs and this just might be a good reminder to trust in yourself instead of looking for excuses.

ITALIA said:
Why can't there be a better goal? I don't see what is so deservingabout dedicating time to a forum, because that is all it really is. Just another ploy on your behalf for the activity of the forum?
Most of this comment is ok, but you managed to sound shallow once again with the "what is so deserving" part. Can you do it ?! Can you become the best Pokemon Trainer, the coolest superhero ?! Actually try winning this contest and you'll learn what's so deserving in the process... ;)

ITALIA said:
Reasoning is okay, on paper that reasoning has no significance though.
This comment is somewhat illegible and seems to be completely unnecessary. Which reasoning and what kind of significance should it have ?!

So, in conclusion...if you were older, I'd call you (or probably just consider you) too jumpy, unreasonably arrogant & dumb and/or shallow. For a 15 year old, though, you're ok...although there are some much brighter 15-16 year olds here.

Yes. Indeed.
