Whose Leads Are These?

It looks like the leads are getting transferred over which is complete BS.

Since it wasn't the network making the mistake, they have no right to step in at all. It just supports the case that they approve of ripping pages from other affiliates on their network and rewarding them.
Out the network bro

Sounds like a life in the day of Ryan Eagle: affiliates bitching to me about other affiliates ripping shit from them and requesting justice.

I always remain neutral, even if that results in losing two publishers. It's not my authority to EVER get involved in affiliate quarrels.

A fair stance to take, all things considered :pimp:

Out the network. Transferring the leads is the stupidest possible thing they could have done in this case.

I'm not suggesting this or anything but if he still has links to your javascript files, simply edit them to rewrite all links on the page to your link. so even if he edits all the <a links your JS script will automatically rewrite all of them anyways. He left himself open to pretty much anything you want to do to the page by leaving direct links to your .js files. From a marketers pov though it would be wiser to simply redirect all traffic through your links and earn $$ from his traffic, until he wisens up and gets his own pages or B.) figures out what you did and hard copies your .js and re-edits them and self hosts them.

lol wut?

Crazy decision to have them transferred. Pub must have a good relationship and push some volume, which shouldn't matter. I also do what Eagle mentioned above with my aff's, never ever would I step in the middle here. You fuckered up - don't drag me through your mud. In this case though, I would definitely get a chuckle out of it, and be happy for you to keep the leads that the other dude made for you through his theft.

Can't imagine this happening in my world, where it's all CPS - "Hi, umm, I used someones template and there was some code there, and all my links somehow went to someone elses aff link, thus I just spent 5K and didn't make a sale, can you please transfer all sales and money on xx account over to me?" < You'd get fucking laughed at.

You owe it to the community fam - out them.

Out the fucking network.

On a sidenote, one two occasions i've caught my 202 firing like mad from someone else ripping my lp, leaving my code on there, and then proceeding to fuck up my LP ctr and other stats. There is absolutely nothing wrong with redirecting the traffic he's getting from your lp back to yourself. He shouldn't have ripped your page in the first place.
