Whose Leads Are These?

The network is still trying to work on the issue since I assume they've seen this thread.

That doesn't matter. Considering that their first stance was to transfer the leads, they deserve to be outed.

P.S - This is what happens when you don't stick with legit networks like ROIShare.

File a DMCA complaint on his ass and threaten a lawsuit. Unless you ripped the page too, that is. If you had an original page that you designed, and can PROVE this, you can sue the guy who jacked your page (if everything can be proven)

eAdvertising backed out of the situation and made me and the guru affiliate negotiate the problem.

Good luck to those running on the guru affiliate's network. Hopefully, you get your pages registered with the DMCA.

But the leads are still yours right?

Sounds like you won.

Nope, not all of it. Only what got negotiated. The leads were actually transferred over initially without letting me know when the transfer would happen or how much was being transferred. Then the network put the leads on hold until we resolved the problem ourselves.

Pretty unprofessional behaviour on eads side. How were they able to differentiate the other affiliates leads with yours? It's OK to keep out of fued between affiliates, but as far as the leads go, you should've kept them all.

Referring URLs. I'll remember to hide my tracks better.

This is how you resolve it:
"Give me all the leads or else you'll get sued for stealing my landing page"
