The reality is that every business owner in Furguson is thinking "can I afford to leave." In 2 years there will be a story in the news about why the people in the neighborhood have no shopping options with no recognition that actions have consequences...

Ohhh, I see. So all of us white, biased, pussies are just being ungrateful for looting that has went so far as to have the National Guard called in? We should be more grateful because the "peaceful protesters" as you call them are the only ones with the strength to rise up against the big bad police state?

Any Links To The "Whys"?
this really is one of the things i'm always puzzled about as well. why loot stores/establishments within your own black community? wished they would interview these looters (or past looters) to find out why later on. like a serious social research project (doctorate studies, etc) to find out why. is it all 100% an opportunistic motive, i.e. just take things I want during this mayhem? or they think any business venture is "crooked" (george jefferson) and deserve it? find out what the rationale, mindset, reasoning is behind it. not just us making lot's of speculations about the whys. actually interview and analyze the psychology behind it. any links to such studies? with a better understanding, then maybe, just maybe, a black community leader (or heck even opportunists like al sharpton, etc) could use that insight in the future during the peaceful protest stage before things fall apart (looting, et). Heck, maybe i'm expecting way too much here...

I don't know about you guys, but he got riddled with bullets, either the cop was scared for his life, or he was a racist.
 
Shit popping off again tonight. They are telling media to separate themselves from the protest group.

No more curfew, they are allowing protests, but assembled groups must keep moving.
