Yahoo! Buzz is the up-and-coming SUPER Digg that a "front pager" could send MILLIONS of hits to... easily surpassing the tens and thousands of hits Digg Front Pages generate.
Currently the system is "closed" only to partner sites but you can sign up for notification when future inclusion is opened (here).
But maybe Yahoo! Buzz is ALREADY worth trying to game:
SOOOOOOOOOOOO
I have an article recently added to Yahoo! Buzz. Simply click THIS LINK (which searches for android) and BUZZ UP the article by VENTURE BEAT that is titled: "LiMo Gets New Partners Including Verizon- an Open Rival to Google's Android"
Let's see:
What about being one of the top commenters on an article, linking to your own website, and then Buzzing to the TOP?
I think these ideas are worth testing. I also believe that people should get started building their Yahoo! Buzz accounts now. If anyone knows anything about digg, it's that the active users with aged accounts and lots of friends are the ones who can easily help things hit the frontpage...
Yahoo Buzz will likely have to implement similar practices once they open the program to outside publishers so why not get in early and do the things we're pretty sure will help us in the long run.
If YOUR SITE IS LINKED TO ON A BUZZ ARTICLE, POST IT HERE SO WE CAN BUZZ IT TO THE TOP!

But maybe Yahoo! Buzz is ALREADY worth trying to game:
- If a site included in Yahoo Buzz links to you
- Couldn't Buzzing them to the top provide traffic if they get MILLIONS of page views?
- Couldn't links to this article, generated via the Yahoo! Buzz "Front Page" make your link on that page more valuable in the eyes of Google?

- How hard it is to get a story, that links to you, featured on Yahoo Buzz!
- If we can, do some research using analytics to see if it is worth it.
