Painful to watch from beginning to end. Good on the cop for keeping his cool. I would have probably shot her the moment she said "I get all the rights as a US citizen without following any of the laws".
A woman crying rape has the same effect on me as a blaring car alarm. My immediate reaction is "Shut that thing off."
Too many women have cried wolf. What's more, many of them seem confused about what actually constitutes rape.
So now, it's just noise. A chick within hailing distance might be getting plowed while screaming rape and I would not give a shit. I would not investigate.

I'm wondering if these women who're later found to have lied are arrested and thrown in jail for making false accusations? Or do they go scot-free?

So not only are women who falsely accuse men of rape NOT punished, their actions are actually lauded by some women.
Like I said, disgusting. But women have a frightening ability to justify almost anything they do.
Then we're srsly fucked. They can ruin someone's life (or at least affect it for a long duration), and there's no consequences for it....fuck.
Associating with women is a risky proposition.

But she sounds like some dumb chick from a hippie festival. The whole issue is the only people who record shitty videos for their rights are people who have been here long enough to know they have the right to act out. She is one of the ones (read, fucking insane) that believe that the US Constitution is illegal and therefor does not have to abide by it. And merely screaming that she is a "free individual" is enough to negate the authority of anyone who she doesn't like.
And this is the problem with the Internet.
50 years ago, if someone was a batshit insane person with crazy thoughts about the world typically they were the only one who held these beliefs and their reach was limited.
But now because of the Internet these people can find other "like minded" individuals and reinforce their fucked up ideas.
And the insanity snowballs.
A perfect example of this is tumblr, where obvious trolls get taken as legitimate and massive groups of people start believing and acting upon, what started as obvious (obvious to anyone not mentally disturbed) bullshit for shits and giggles.
Don't get me wrong I love the Internet, so much so I built a career around it, but this is the darker side of global, unrestricted communication.
