She is one of the ones (read, fucking insane) that believe that the US Constitution is illegal and therefor does not have to abide by it. And merely screaming that she is a "free individual" is enough to negate the authority of anyone who she doesn't like.
And this is the problem with the Internet.
50 years ago, if someone was a batshit insane person with crazy thoughts about the world typically they were the only one who held these beliefs and their reach was limited.
But now because of the Internet these people can find other "like minded" individuals and reinforce their fucked up ideas.
And the insanity snowballs.
A perfect example of this is tumblr, where obvious trolls get taken as legitimate and massive groups of people start believing and acting upon, what started as obvious (obvious to anyone not mentally disturbed) bullshit for shits and giggles.
Don't get me wrong I love the Internet, so much so I built a career around it, but this is the darker side of global, unrestricted communication.
