actually this happened to me once, i was defending my pregnant girl at the time and they didnt get the message so i stepped up my game. a few of them went to icu and a couple of them even died. now my whole street knows not to mess around with the young nigga

It's through better education, elimination of poverty, promotion of mutual peace understanding and love amongst neighbours, and systematic extermination.

Realistically, the right way is for governments to stop pussyfooting around the issue of personal liberty, freedom of speech and diversity.
Restrict their access to weapons, to violent and antisocial media like movies, music, music videos, tv shows, anything that promotes antisocial behavior.
Rip them out of their communities and throw them into productive, mainstream environments. Sort of like a cold shower/boot camp/sobriety experience. Make them work to subsidize the cost of their own involuntary treatment.
Censor any glorification of alcohol, drugs, promiscuity and rebellion. Reward obedience and loyalty to productive values like responsibility, hard work, critical thinking, empathy.
Punish them from dressing like chavs, reward them for dressing up well. Punish them for loitering, reward them for getting jobs.
The government is too afraid to do this.

Why is the answer more government?
How about:
1) Remove minimum wage so that very low skilled workers are not priced out of the market.
2) Get rid of foodstamps and "welfare" programs.
3) Decriminalize drug possession and use
I prefer solutions to problems that help everyone in society and don't end with the government taking even more money from our pockets.
