It's an interesting question. I am slightly racist in the sense that white culture has, imo, taken humanity forward, while black culture has contributed practically zero to the development of humanity (berate me if you want, but not without evidence).
Even in their own back-yard, with vast natural resources, they totally fail: my evidence is the continent of Africa, it's one massive fu-bar basket case.
While working in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania I came to the conclusion that there is something intrinsically fucked-up with Africans, and if you talk to Africans they would agree. One university educated guy I spoke to, who was taking me on a taxi drive through Nairobi, said 'we destroy everything' and told me how, since independence, the city and the life of the country has fallen apart. I've been to South Africa a few times, worked with government representatives, and that certainly opened my eyes to what real racism is - they fucking hate whites down there, because of apartheid. But even this situation provides more evidence because since getting free they've reduced the country to shit-hole status. And god what about Zimbabwe?
When I was working in those countries, (on business, not charity), time and time again I saw how they constantly fuck each other over, and they enjoy it and think it's the right thing to do. More evidence, the save trade - blacks sold other blacks to the whites, often from other tribes etc.
I don't mean to offend any black members of WF and I'm sorry if the reality of the world leaves a bad taste in the mouths of some of you. I suggest you go see for yourself. Am I saying all black people should be picking cotton? Of course not! It's just that culturally speaking, white races have got their shit together a lot better than our coloured friends south of the Med. Btw, there is a joke among the Kenyan white community: "What's the difference between a newly arrived good natured, loving aid worker and a total racist. Answer: about three weeks."
The USA has hundreds of thousands (millions probably) of lazy ass, welfare dependent blacks and I find their antics highly amusing, just like some of the whites. Should I be more sensitive to their plight? No. They bring it on themselves (just like the red necks). But they are disadvantaged because of their colour aren't they? This sentiment makes me want to puke: I came from a very poor family, due to having a criminal as a step-dad, we were homeless on two occasions as a child, and went without dinner a few times, had holes in my shoes, but I got my ass through night school and then university.
Oh and inb4 'was it blacks that started word war 2', 'bosnia', the crusades, the nazis, 'we did it to them', 'international money rapes their countries', 'poor whites are just as bad' etc etc. No. When black people are in charge cities, countries and whole continents disintegrate. As evidence of that I give you: Detroit, Zimbabwe and a small district of my home town in the UK run by black counselors which has since gone to shit.

I can appreciate the fact that you actually think through your beliefs about the world.
What I would say is that the self destructive tendencies exhibited by African war states more represent a populous of humans that live in the "State Of Nature" as referred to by Hobbes than they do an inherent, localized characteristic. I think this points more towards the behavior that any human being would turn towards when faced with the same living conditions and social conditioning. The analogy that comes to mind is that if there is a pot of soup with enough food to feed everybody but everybody is hungry and jumps all over the soup. Soup gets spilled, a man organizes the stronger men and mandates that what small amount of the soup is left be handed out at irregular times and but the group gets as much as they want etc. These countries weren't self destructive war states until after they got colonized by France, Britain etc. I think it's a bit short sighted to say "well that country should just get their shit together". There are large groups of uneducated, fearful people with guns there that don't agree which way the shit should be gotten together and there becomes no settlement. Yes, the west did sell their guns to them and contributed to the soup ever being distributed unevenly in the first place. Not trying to make excuses for them because honestly I don't give a shit, just saying what I've observed.
I've been to Africa before too and it's sad to see people in such a bad way; these places you have named are clearly backwards places. It's not clear thinking to attribute this to genetics, though. I appreciate the sentiment dude but I think it's kind of immature to associate your self image with your race so heavily, whatever color you are. You shouldn't feel so strongly about meaningless shit, it's a waste of energy. At the end of the day, every human is just a bunch of highly arrogant, confused, clever chimpanzee descendants. As an experiment, just observe this country in a couple of years when the dollar collapses. You may just see similar characteristics manifest here in the good ol US of A once OUR soup starts getting really scarce and even more unevenly distributed than theirs
I didn't mention genetics though, after all we all came out of Africa. I'm not a supremacist either, but these people do persistently fuck-up. I don't think there is anything that can excuse it - it's their choices. When I was there it occurred to me that they need maybe 100 years to sort themselves out, but I doubt they will, their culture is dog-eat-dog, always has been (I can't help but wonder what was happening in Africa while the Renaissance was in full flow in Italy).
Regarding spilling the soup bowl / the collapse of society, yeah maybe. The British Army have plans to step-in 48 hours after the food supply to supermarkets stops because they estimate that's how long social order will last. But this is not the same as the situation in the parts of Africa I went to. Sure, Congo, parts of Nigeria, etc ... are hell on earth, but Kenya or Rwanda and Uganda, not really, they were fairly peaceful.
Re my apparent racial rage - it's just the tone of how I write. I have exactly zero angst with black people in general, I have simply come to the conclusion that northern white cultures are more advanced and civilized. I wrote most of my post smiling, not burning with anger! And yep, totally agree that too much thinking about this sort of crap can burn you out, which is why I unplugged from the news in February - the Syrian situation enraged me so much I couldn't concentrate on my work. I don't miss the news at all.

If I wanted to make myself feel better by comparing my lot in life to those less fortunate I'd spend my time looking at people of wallmart or any number of chav bashing sites that we have in the UK. The fact is there's a significant specific emphasis on black people.
You'll notice the successful people who inhabit this board don't bother posting this kind of horse crap.
