Nobody says every muslim is a radical. The problem would be much easier to solve if that were true. But since there are so many shades of grey politicians are unable to even mention growing problems happening for fear of being labelled discriminatory, or even worse, racist. So when muslims riot in the UK burning the British flag and attacking cops and firefighters, it is a growing "youth" problem. When muslims attack and rape women in Sweden on a daily basis because the are seen as whores for having blonde hair and not covering their body, it is an "inner city" crime problem.
How many of these atrocities has to happen before people will admit it is a problem? Is public opinion so handicapped by political correctness that they would rather live in denial?
