looking for some tips on how to stay motivated. went from earning around 10k a day to about 3k a day and the money isn't whats keeping me down i enjoy that kind of money being made but i think thats my problem. I've got to a point where i was making 10k a day and then i just sat on it and dint do anything else for awhile.

Right now I should be getting into 2-3 other niches that should be kill from the start and i can do it but i have no motivation to do so. i want to do it but something always distracts me or makes me put it off till the next day and i end up finishing something over a couple days when it should only take 1-2 hours.

my routine right now is check my stats and thats it. Its like im trying to tell myself to kick back and dont worry. your still making a shit ton of money, but i really wanna be making shit ton more money but i can't get motivated to work. So any of you guys got any motivational tips you read or maybe some videos or music to motivate you before your day?

I recommend you go a day without checking your stats , no electricity, and going out trying to find a normal job - Because that's what you'll be doing if you only rely on yesterday's stuff.

Grow , expand or die.

Invest your money into other business projects that you have a passion for. If you don't love what you're doing it's not suprising that you lack motivation, money alone doesn't cut it if you already have a lot. Find something you love and figure out a way to make money with it...

Just try to beat your income records over and over again... its what keeps me going.

Plus, if your work "goal-oriented" you should have more motivation to, so just set some goals and try to go for it! Or some different project online...

Set rewards when you hit a profit goal, still trying to get my lambo!

same thing here.

I've been wanting to get an m6. So I simply set my goal for '09 at a really high level and if I end up with that goal I know what car I'm going to end up getting myself next year ;)

lose the pompous attitude, nothing lasts forever

keep evolving or die

on another note..

the best motivation is to work out and build your body. keep training until you reach physical perfection.

if you are in perfect shape, money is not an issue and you have all the free time in the world, you are in the top tier of living.

I've had the same problem but it's only because of sudden success. I got serious about this mid February and last weekend I made as much as I did working part-time last year (full-time student). That caused some momentary laziness but I'm getting back to work now.

I think as others have said goal setting helps alot. I set outrageous goals and work frantically to try to beat them.

Leave the country - South America, Europe, somewhere where you will be without your Blackberry/iPhone - and enjoy your life for a week or so. It'll be sheer withdrawl pangs while you're on the airplane and perhaps your first day getting acclimated, but once you dive into a foreign culture & lifestyle, you'll be rewarded by both an enriching experience and the freedom from obligation. When you return, you'll be energetic, have a fresh perspective and be motivated to build up your coffers again.

Set some short & long terms goals. That'll help keep things fresh and fun. As you track your progress and see yourself inching closer and closer to those landmarks its tough not to be excited and driven.

Also digging into the creativity bag and looking at some new verticals and offers to promote might help rekindle the fire.

That's a great tip. I have personally taken my body to the next level lately and it is paying off.

I want an M6 too, they looking so damn sexy

As far as staying motivated, I'd recommend what's already been said - build project outlines and both short and long term goals. If you need something written down to do, then make a timeline and set tasks each day. Try to get your work done early in the day so you feel accomplished.

No disrespect, but if you were really making $10k a day and now are "only" making $3k a day, yet you find yourself bored and unmotivated, here's my answer: Kill yourself. Reason? Even at $3k a day, that's still over a million bucks a year. This should give you the resources to do anything and everything you could possibly want to do on this planet. If you have a green light to do anything you want, buy anything you want, go anywhere you want, have any woman you want, are sitting in your room bored and unmotivated, then you have a problem that is far greater than your work ethic. You are fucked, sorry to break it to you. Try therapy. Either that, or cut the "second life style wish I was this guy so I'll pretend to be this guy on the internet" bullshit. I may be a newbie on wickedfire and I expect to catch shit for this, but dude.. shut the fuck up. Seriously. Bottom line: You're either full of shit and feel like seeing yourself type (in which case you're a gay faggot) or you actually do make that kind of $ and have serious emotional problems (in which case you're a messed up gay faggot who needs help.)
