Are there any other affiliate marketer out there that eats super clean and healthy? If so, what does your daily meals consist of and amount of meals per day?

This is the list of foods that I've consumed in the past 12 hours in increments of 2 hours.

2 cups of homemade almond milk w/ honey and banana
2 gallon of reverse osmosis filtered water
2 organic eggs with 1 cup of egg whites
2 slices of turkey bacon
2 slices of whole wheat toast w/ irish butter
1 lb of whole wheat breaded free range chicken breast
2 cups of brussel sprouts
2 cup of cream of broccoli and leek soup
1 cup of blueberries
8 oz of icelandic yogurt
1 banana

I spend about 1-2 hours total per day purchasing and preparing the food early in the morning and have enough for the rest of the day. Buying bulks of free-range chicken, grass-fed buffalo and beef, and wild salmon also helps avoid trips to the market.

What do you guys usually eat? even if you're a fat bastard and eat chips all day, list your diet and maybe we'll help you change it around.

As always, eat well, what it do, hard body.

When our time to order comes up, Dullspace whips out his black card and buys out the McDonalds. All they had left was 50 chicken nuggets, which wasn’t too much, but it was enough to piss off the 20 or so customers behind us who quickly realized there was no food for them.
teaching customers a lesson who don't step up is scientific as hell

Skyr is awesome! Brussel sprouts, blueberries, almond milk goddamn you're making me hungry.

I really try and cook in bulk maybe once a week or every few days. That's really cool you cook in the morning and get it all out of the way.

Been on a mung bean sprout kick lately, and lots of Indian food.

Skry is awesome and since headquarters are in Brooklyn NY, I just go direct and buy that in bulk too. Nothing like fresh skyr yogurt made a few hours until it was sealed.

chicken breast, oatmeal and protein shake. i've got a long way to go since i am at least 50 pounds above my ideal weight

I mean I'm all for clean eating but that's some next level shit right there.

i actually been hearing a lot about steal oats, gonna put that im my diet.

Start off the day with Good omega-3, Good Mens Multi-V, and Vitamin D-3.

Upper body and cardio on Monday, lower Body and cardio on Tuesday, weds off continue.

Whey Protein(Isolate ofcourse) 15-20 after workout.

ofcourse the common stay away froms fried food, bad sugar, bad carbs, and POP!

High Heart rate cardio is the best for sleeping great and energy through day

Edit: reverse osmosis water is just basic purified water. get it at almost any grocery store for .25c a gallon. I go through about 50 gallons a month just to maintain my saltwater tanks.
