Personally I do everything on my own for AM. From picking the campaigns im gonna run to designing & creating my own LP's to making my own images, to doing research, etc.

I find that by doing everything on my own it can be a bit overwhelming at times. But fuck I've been at this for 3 months and already im making good money... so I sometimes wonder if I had a team of say 2 more people and we combined our strengths how much ass could we kick?

Do you all do this alone or?

I employ 10 Filipino workers full-time. Runs me 3500 dollars a month, and these sons of bitches are the hardest workers on earth.

yeah, i've been looking to outsource/hire some cheap work for a while.. I would appreciate if you shared a source or two

I do a lot of things myself (install, code, content, etc.) - but hire services (mostly from the b/s/t here).

I do buy things - like themes, etc. I can code a page - I can craft effective copy - but I fail at making it pretty.

I am getting closer to hiring somebody to redo some hard coded html pages I made myself that are effective, but ugly.

I think if they looked better they would be more effective.

I am just getting to the point where I realize I am wasting some of my efforts by not spending some money to make up for what I don't do very well.

I hire out webdesign and programming stuff....no idea how to do it....and I cant make shit look good.

Just started to outsource other dumb stuff like finding images for ads, banners, tracking link building.

It takes a bit of time at first, but if you have someone who's willing to learn its worth it. Key is to have access to them all the time, I went through like 10 people until I found this guy who is unreal. And cheap.

Here's my method. I do it all myself to test. Design, programming, ad copy, traffic methods whatever. If I'm even marginally successful on my crap (and it's always crap because lets face it you can either be really good at one thing or marginally decent at alot of things but rarely both) then I target the methods that are showing potential and when it's time to scale THEN I outsource to ensure both quality and sanity.

*hubby does alot of this with me so it's not truly just me, so a team of 2 really is beneficial

I do everything myself. Coding, programming, and design. Only time I outsource is for HTML coding for a template design. It is really hard to find someone that actually do decent works and be trustworthy.

I basically do what Turbo does. I prove out the concept myself to the best of my ability, then I hand off what I can to the people who can do it much cheaper than I can.

If you don't outsource at some level, it is hard to scale your business.

It's a do everything your self and trust no one business, you can have buddies u talk news about but never your business. hire someone that you don't need to trust, if you must. Once you get this, you'll probably even start working harder.

IF: You have a decent budget, then it's worth it to not waste time and jump right into the role of being a manager.

If you can't afford to do so from day one, start by doing it all yourself and bootstrap from there. Don't spend the money you earn, but reinvest it in your AM ventures. Hire out your content, get an SEO, get a designer etc.

I do the content for quite a few people on WF, Bofu included, but none of them are beginners by any means. They worked to get to where they are at the point that they can go ahead and hire it all out to me.

Meanwhile, if you just need a professional opinion, or some guidance about a content strategy shoot me a PM. I'm always willing to discuss the topic and offer suggestions.

I do everything except design and programming. I have a programmer working 20 hours a week from Romania who is pretty damn good. My developer is simply fucking insanely good, so as long as I really spec out my ideas, he comes through perfectly, and since I'm an automation freak, I have 3-4 scripts doing teh work of 2-3 people.

I do everything is worth money and time, coding, designing, layouts, color schemes, headlines, call to actions, triggers, a/b split testing, stats analysis.
Everything's time consuming and not strategical is outsourced, tasks as social media updates, bookmarking tasks...

Part of all my plans is to implement everything from the top down, but those plans are always built from the ground up of course so I'd know how to do things right before I tell others how to do it.

After a while, I tend to duplicate myself by training others who work with me along the way 'til the time comes they'd be training others the way they learn from me. By then, they'd also be learning on their own.

My the be-all-end-all = earning money is fun, but having more time spending more of it is better as far as I'm concerned.
