Laziness is caused by 3 things:
1. poor neurochemistry
Do anything and everything to boost testosterone and dopamine and keep your blood sugar level even.
* squats + deadlift min 3x a week.
* no jacking off. i am dead serious. such beta shit, and it drains your dopamine and T only to replace it with prolactin.
* no soda. drink water.
2. poor motivation - why do you want to work? we live in a society where your basic necessities can be covered by the dole.
So why do you want to not be unemployed? Fame? Success? Women? Exotic trips?
3. poor lifestyle choices.
Are your friends lazy losers?
Do you hand around hustlers, or bum around with slackers?
Do you set and track and keep goals?
Any tips for this? I've been procrastinating on YouTube for the past week or so... been feeling tired/groggy lately even though I've been sleeping in.
