Well, we all probably want to know how it's done and then just duplicate the crap out of it

Wont that de-value it then? I'm assuming this is where the NDA comes into play. If it gets mass produced, then it will become "yet another site with yellow highlighting". I'm not saying that they will have the yellow highlighting - my point is there was a time when yellow highlighting was unique and different and probably did make money for someone. Then everyone did it and it became a case of "oh crap yet another of those yellow highlighting sites".

NDA's are never to be taken lightly and anyone that wins this competition should read the NDA very very carefully.

I think he ment to duplicate the prosses, not actualy the site itself, that wouldn't be smart, that's for sure

I guess I have somewhat of an different outlook than others on this contest... I'm not trying to take what Jon shows me and turn it xx times and make huge money off of it.

I look at winning this to be a great chance for a huge learning experience. Maybe its because I have not been in the game a long time... but still. Down the road when I meet people with more expereince and success then me I'd like nothing more than to learn from them.

The learning process just never stops for me.

This is just another way to learn more and more and pick up on what will probably be an amazing website!

Well, for those of you that read the rules, I added a very important one.. you must have 50.. yes FIFTY threads started that have some type of good content that the community can benefit from. This does not include the Shoot the Shit area either. STS is for kicking back, not spreading the wealth of knowledge that's out there. One user, Dave, has posted some really good and helpful threads. Peach, although he is a huge postwhore, has also made some really good threads in other sections of the forum that have been very helpful and useful to the community as a whole..

Again, the reason for this contest was not to flood the crap out of this place, but to give people an incentive to post good material here so that we can keep a very good balance between useful and non-useful content spread over the entire site. That's just my take on it.
