How do you personally define "rich"

Wealth is the aim, rich are the steps.
Rich doesnt necesarily relate to money/material possesions.
Money wise - 1-5 Mio / year - Liquid. Thats rich to me.
i like this definition.
if you can make it through the rest of your life without working, youre rich.
When you can take the Bugatti to the coin operated car wash because it means nothing to you:

Spending your time on the things YOU want and living the life YOU want to live, is RICH!

Example: I hitchhiked around the world and didn't have a penny in my name. Could not have been happier. I was RICH!
Today, got a wife/kids/dog/mortgage/2 cars/LED tv's all that crap and have to work a corporate job to make ends meet. Am happy with what I got but would love to have more TIME to spend with my children, to show them the world and give them 'experiences' they would otherwise not have. So I'm really kind of poor.
Advice to the younger guys: Make a BUCKET LIST
Get busy living life and scratching things of that list!

I just don't understand spending $2 million on a car. Even if you are worth $20 billion. You could put like 5 new kids a year through 4-5 years of college, every year, for at least the next 100 years, with the investment gains on $2 million.
Or you can own a depreciating asset with huge maintenance costs. Which of those two options is going to bring you personally more happiness, even discounting what it does for others? Akon was talking about the Bugatti and he was like "yea I mean I want one but I can't spend that much on a car, thats a lot of starving people in africa man".
Shit fuck being rich.....my bills are paid, i have no debt, i have inclination to ever be rich. I have made enough money and saved it off internetz. I actually take alot of pride in hiring people and creating jobs.

Rich - High Income - I would put 1k a day in this category.

for some reason rich also rhymes with bad family life to me. I don't think I ever met a rich person who had it all together.
I'm not there yet and being monetary wealthy isn't what I'm currently after. What I'm after is a passive income from an offline stable business that will carry me through life and I'm shoving my money into that at the moment because some online ventures that previously were earning big slowed and the stress of worrying about money and not wanting to go back there is something I'm planning to avoid and overcome. So rich to me is a stress free life with a stable passive income and time to do what I want.
its not really about the money imho i would say being rich is well yeah financially free but happy is being rich some rich ppl are rich as fuck but miserable if they do not have the ppl to share it with so someone who is fnancially fit and got tons of ppl to share it with and someone who lives life
financial freedom don't have to worry about working for someone else to live a comfortable lifestyle.
Rich - someone who works on his own, without worrying about anyone else. A relaxing life, with money at any time he needs.
