If I'm not talking to anyone or dating anyone this is my sleep schedule.Do you do that polyphastic sleep stuff (or whatever it's called)? Like, you sleep a 4 or 5 hour chunk and then take a few naps at the right times?
I've always wanted to try this.
Go to sleep at 1-2am. REM and wake up at 3:30 fall back asleep at 3:45 REM around 4 wake up at 5 am. Fall asleep like 20 minutes later REM and wake up when my mom opens garage to leave to work around 7. Then I REM again and wake up around 8:30-9 feeling refreshed and not sleepy.
You have to think about REM before you sleep, think about lucid dreaming and telling yourself you can. Also if you remember your dreams write it down or type it down on your phone. The more you remember the better you're getting at REM. Remember what you did in the dream to make you notice you'r e dreaming.Yea dot hack, I'll bite, REM facilitates memory, and as the work we do is mostly mental, should suffice. What is your technique?
I learned alot from Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource about REM and sleep cycle. They give some real good techniques. But lately I've been stressed and my dream control has been really bad so I'm starting to wake up around 10-11am because I'm not REMing due to stress.
Take melatonin or vitamin B supplements to enhance your dreaming and REM. When I notice that dream is ending I tell my subconscience that the dream isnt ending and for me to stay a little while more which usually works 75% of time unless I heard smeone in my house.
if you're a complete noob it would take you like 1-4 months to lucid. I've been luciding since I was real young so it comes natural to me. Dreamviews is the place to learn, I suggest affiliates learn how to REM so you can be on top of your game and enhance your memory. I think of my ideas in my lucid dreams and apply them in real life.
Hope that helped
