PLEASE tell them to run a test to see if people will buy this before investing any more money in this...

I would love to see that in front of shark tank... Actually, tell them instead to apply for shark tank with this. ;)

We have done as much testing as we can and we are preselling it right now.

We have spent less than 10k on it so far.

As for the sharktank route, we have a couple different term sheets available but we are trying the crowd funding/presale route before investor money.
Of course if we had the option to go on sharktank we would, but we aren't waiting around for a tv show.

Females don't get raped unwillingly as much as the exaggerated feminism would like you to believe. They are drunk and their partner is drunk, and she has been leading him on the whole night and then when they fuck she will claim "rape".


But yeah this product is pretty fucking dumb. Get a gun or exercise better/learn to defend yourself. This stuff is depressing and useless.

The pure craze people get into with iphone shit is fucking dumb, while I agree with you, I think that what they are doing is not dumb at all - It will sell. (In general) Sheeple will say yes to anything if you ask them the right way.

I promote a lot of "shit that is dumb" because dumb people buy it. Im not going to invest in the tase yo fuckin bitch as with my iphone venture or even buy one for that matter, but the iPhone is a good market to be in regardless of whether or not you believe in it or its accessories.

You're right about dumb stuff selling to dumb people. But I generally think this is a terrible product, even for the masses. Too bulky, looks lame mounted on a device you'll be using quite a bit in the night club or wherever you take it.

Plus that whole pre-meditated thing of, "going to the club, better put my tazer on my phone" is just so ROFL that I doubt that will ever happen. Women are dumb, and lazy. And that's who I see this being marketed to, there's no way men are going to buy this thing and have it on all the time or ever.

It's a high quality case and its mass is not much more than otterbox which has massive market share.

We get a lot of people that either love it or hate it.

None of us have so far... Your body tenses up and you have a hard time functioning but you regain basic functions relatively quickly.
The biggest effect is disorientation which is similar to regaining consciousness
 
I dunno if this is the case in the US, but here, young women generally keep their phones in their bras when going out.

Surely that's gonna be quite uncomfortable? (Especially if it goes off)

Yeah, quite often it's the same here.
This case will work for some and wont for others. Not sure that breasts would engage the stun gun but I wouldn't advise holding it there.

You could make a iPhone 6 round gun case smaller and it'd be more effective.

^^^HUGE sales point... This is an awesome product if you ask me.

So for $100 and doubling the size of your iphone, you essentially get Triple the battery for your iphone and at the same time a weapon that can save your life that is pretty much always in your hand already.

Even people who carry a handgun everywhere are jealous as hell about that last part... You don't have to draw it, it's in your freaking hand when you need it! (And the bad guy won't know what it is!)

These will sell... But the crowd you need to target first is the fathers of college age girls. They'd pay a hell of a lot more than this to give their daughters this kind of power.

We are aware the general populous of the internet isn't necessarily our target market but we want to go this route before we have to take any investment money. Even close to our goal of 100k, we have much better leverage in the term sheet.

We have had a ton of fathers tell us they would buy this for their daughter. The majority of those guys are only going to buy it from a big box store. Fortunately, we have a signed distribution agreement to put these in most major retailers (for this type of product). Just need to get the initial run before we are a go on mass dist.

its hardly a dumb product. How dumb of a product is the Snuggle, Chia Pet, or etc. and how many millions of dollars in profit have they generated?

Men will buy the product for their family/daughters/wife etc.

I think its an awesome product and just bought one! ;)
