This new house we're renting is full of goddamn spiders.

A week after we moved in, before we started seeing the spiders, this dude comes around offering to spray. He's like, "We spray for spiders and wasps, you know how this area is." I was like, "No, we just moved in." He kind of smirked. I passed on the offer but kept his card. It's been a few weeks now, and the spiders are fucking everywhere. I see a few a day. I should call him back. :(

When I mowed the back yard for the first time, big fucking daddy longleg spiders went sprinting away from the mower toward the house across the patio, like 4 or 5 inches across from leg tip to leg tip. I stopped mowing and jumped up and squished them, but who knows how many I missed.

Aw hell man, even I'm not scared of daddy long legs. You obviously live up north somewhere. The spiders down south are serious business.
