Stress

Dude, you're only 16. You shouldn't be worried about supporting your family. Smoke weed, go out to parties, fuck bitches. Live your life. If your parents don't like it, they can kick you out or deal with it. Don't waste the best years of your life.

Go buy some weed right now and smoke a big fat joint. Hang out with your friends and get wasted on some shitty vodka. Do what 16 year old kids are doing.

I know it's easy for me to say since I'm not in your situation, but that's really the best advice I can give you. You don't want to look back at this time of your life when you're in your 20s-30s and live with regrets.

Take control of the things you can - your family seems to be beyond your control for now so concentrate on you. As some of the other posters have said, get some exercise. Take a serious look at your diet, eating too much crap can make you feel low. You should also cut out the caffeine. If you talk to a psychologist one of the first things they will ask you is how you are sleeping. Being unable to get a good night's sleep is one of the signs of depression. It sounds simple but once you're feeling good physically, eating right, exercising and getting enough sleep, you will find it easier to handle the daily stress. At 16 years old things are usually crazy enough without having to support a family. You sound like you got a good head and your heart's in the right place but don't let people take advantage of you. Because they will.

Yeah, last few years never been able to get a good sleep. I dropped out of school last April because it was holding me back from my business. btw, live in the US.

Didn't really expect the supportive response from WF, Thanks guys.

Was sorta ranting because Ive been stressed the past few days and just let it out

Be careful of who you date and marry, because lots of women are greedy and lazy, and want a guy like you to take care of them (I know a few like this). Be careful of the advice you're getting here to play around with girls for stress relief. If you knock one up you will be lost, forever lost.

Your family deserves your help if they also help themselves and show appreciation for what you do for them. If not, it's time to grow a pair and tell the lazy bitches to take care of themselves. You're only 16, and shouldn't be responsible for feeding a family of 5, like a character from a Dickens story.

Good luck bro

If you're not lying out your ass, good for you. You're a prodigy in every way possible being able to do what you're doing.

I'd say, no matter what you do, always make it a top priority to stay fit. Wake up early, do some exercise, daily. Can't be stressed enough. Lower your caffeine consumption, that shit gives you anxiety in high doses. Set a schedule. Make a task list, prioritized top-down. Set goals, track them. Rinse, repeat.

Run 10km then jerk off. You will feel better:)

This.

How can you be in debt when you are only 16? Also if your family is using you, seriously walk away from them once you turn 18. Fuck them if they're nothing but a bunch of useless users.

Also if your family can't manage money, sorry to say but they're a bunch of idiots.

and this.

Why the fuck is your family relying on a 16 year old to bring home the bacon--unless you're a father of a family at 16...?

This too, agree 100%. Balance is fucking key. Not having balance will ruin you mentally, physically and financially.

They appreciate everything I do for them, they try their best to make it but frankly they suck at managing a budget, making good decisions. They take it for granted now for what I've had to do for them and I don't regret ever helping them out.

Definitely going to start exercising regularly, need a source to relieve my stress. All I do is ball it in and do work, nothing else. No games or girls, just work day in and day out.

Your young and seem to have a lot of weight on your shoulders (5 fam members?!).

Respect man. Respect for you as a 16 yr old.

You get the old 'what if's' in your head man.

Go back to basics, focus on whats important right now.

Keep a cool, step away for a bit and get your chin up.

I trade for a living and got hit badly last week (32k total loss) but I know and trust in my abilities, experience, and resilience to pull ahead once again.

Keep going and as hard as it gets dont stop man.

My humblest opinion to you sir.

You have protected them from the results of their bad decisions. They have no reasons to learn or change as long as you continue doing so much for them. I'm not offering any specific advice, just saying there should be a learning curve somewhere, unless your whole family is brain damaged.

Good news re: The regular exercise. Note to self: Take this advice.

Well that's your problem.

Humans are social animals. Of course you're going to be depressed if you never spend time going out with friends and meeting girls, playing games, working out, etc. You are depressed, and it is affecting your IM. My advice is to put the IM aside for a while. Go back to getting a social life by meeting new people. You can volunteer at places, go to your local gym, etc.. and meet new people. But seriously, go fucking out and meet some fucking people. Your state of mind affects how you do everything else, including IM.

I don't mean to be blunt, but I am, so that's how it comes out.

Also try build a schedule and 'force' yourself to stop working and go do whatever you plan in that time gap.

I go to the gym pretty much everyday and if theres surf I do that instead.

As much as theres 'money to be made' make yourself stop working x time/day and stick to it.

It will help you mentally. Thats what you need bro.

Hope that helps too :)

If they are taking it for granted, they DO NOT appreciate everything you do. Seriously stop making excuses for your dumb as fuck family. You are enabling their bad behavior!

Stop being so naive! They are playing you like a violin.

As others here have told you, grow a pair and stand up for yourself. Don't be such a chump.

You might not like this, but go back to school. You quit school without a high school diploma by the sound of it, and in the US, that's a huge slam against you. If you needed to get a job to keep the business going through a tough spot, you're not going to have much of a choice in the matter without some sort of degree to back you up.

I'd strongly suggest finding an alternative school who will let you back in or at least look for an authentic online homeschooling program where you can earn a GED. There are plenty of private schools that are essentially diploma mills as well.

Once you have a GED or diploma, you can register for college classes somewhere away from home and apply for housing. If you hurry, you can get into a dorm or student housing by the start of next year. What parent can argue with her kid going off to college? Get a loan, get a grant, get a scholarship, but once you're free from your home life and making progress on your future, you'll be much more in control of your life, even if taking care of business (real business and future business in the form of education) now keeps you from "balling" in the meantime.

The years you're in right now are the foundation for the rest of your life. If you screw up you're foundation (degrees, plans for the future, etc.) you're going to be hurting in a big way as you try to establish credibility in the industry and build up a long-term business model.

lol. god.. i know how you feel.

but yeah. you should let your family know that you are not the one to rely on.

i mean. ffs, you are 16 years old.

and you need to have a hobby to relieve all your stress..

good luck man.
