Yes.
You cant put the CC number on a DB thats open on the net its against PCI compliance, so to check the CC's in real time is impossible. If someone buys 3 free trials of acai berry on one CC when it comes time to rebill those orders the one CC will have multiple charges on it for the same product, causing the bank to charge it all back automatically.
What boggles my mind is why Copeac would partner with Dee and Larby when they stiffed Eadvertising for millions as well as CXdigital and other networks.
How Mike didn't see this mess coming is beyond me. My only guess is the money blinded him but how did he ever think it would be any different this time around?
I don't believe much of what Mike has written above, its made up to protect his ass as well as Copeac. At the end of the day someone other than Dee and Larby is gonna be out millions and not a chance in getting paid, time will tell.
lol jon jon lol
lol u mad.
what a tangled web we weave

your a stupid fuck.
Listen... its a giant waste of time to figure the mess out from where most of you are sitting. I'm not trying to be condescending by saying that either, its just that unless you've got access to information from the bank processing level and lower, then you can get somewhat of an overall picture and still not even see the whole thing in all its glory and details.
I've been piecing it together for a long time now with a small handful of others, and its so far reaching and just against any real rational way of thinking that you wouldn't believe me if I told ya.
This whole thing has become one huge clusterfuck. It involves money laundering, a ponzi scheme based on credit, credit card fraud, bank fraud, lies, greed, deception and absolute disregard for any rational approach of 'smart people'. I mean just about everything short of violence and murder so far, and quite frankly, I wouldn't be shocked if that's what we start seeing next. But you'd be an absolute idiot if you don't think that at least a few people are not going to end up in prison over this, because the paper trail on this shit is so insane, I bet the investigators themselves will get confused more than a few times, even with all the access that they have.
Bottom line... Greed is behind every single shred of this.
Enough with trying to make sense of it.
Enough of the bullshit from networks already.
Enough blaming each other for shit you're also responsible for.
Enough of all of it. It will drive you crazy and you still won't be able to figure it out.
If you're an affiliate and a network is fucking with you.. stop pushing the offer!
If you're a network, and the advertiser is fucking with you.. stop pushing the offer!
Its as if certain people here have sold their common sense out for some quick cash, and are suddenly crying poverty and innocence as the shit starts hitting the fan. Fuck all of you, you absolutely deserve it. You won't be getting any help from me or this forum.
Does anyone here realize that Mike has received all his money from Dee because he is on their team? Brand Protection
What about all the other companies that have been left holding the bag because Dee just chooses to not pay???
This is one piece of the craziness that I believe Jon was alluding to. This is a mafia mentality, the type of shit people should go to jail for.
Mike is on the board of "The Brand Protection Group (BPG)." A company Dee founded with his consultant on merchant processing, Bryan Baumgartner, who worked on the fraud team at VISA for 7 years, to weed out all his competition. I have strong evidence to suggest that Bryan has been and currently is 100% on Dee's payroll. Let's see what Mike has to say about this operation??? I can say that it was smart of Mike to get on board so he could get paid vs. companies who aren't a part of the "in-crowd" and have been left holding the bag. Feel free to notice the other members on the board who are still running Dee's offers direct (coincidence???)...back to my point.
They are essentially running an extortion scheme against other advertisers that says "pay us or we'll report you to VISA and Mastercard. You're either with us or against us." This is one major reason why Opus is the only company still processing Acai rebills. They are essentially representing themselves as VISA and MC to the advertisers who were previously competing with them. They will have you believe that they are just "setting the standards for the industry to make continuity a sustainable business;" however, they provide guidelines to the competitive companies, the companies follow those guidelines, and then BPG still backdoors them and sells them out to their merchant bank or to VISA and MC. This is not about compliance, this is like the mafia getting organized to put the competition out of business. Meanwhile Dee (OPUS, VIVERA, WHATEVER COMPANY he bankrolls next) continues to do the same shady shit he's been doing to take down everyone around him for the last two years.
Bryan's former company will not allow this to continue once they realize what this company is actually doing. I hope Dee and their whole shady crew goes down hard.
BPG will pass and eventually the Opus business will collapse as well. Steer clear. If you're going to drive traffic to them, get your money first or fast because this can't last.
Now we officially have a conspiracy on our hands.
