Hrm..
Verified the email post here and the account compromise claim in question to be legit with the executive over at Traffic Vance.
To the OP - Its a fubar situation for ya, but try to take a breather. Its not a hack, its just an account being hijacked by someone who had the account information given to him by you, the employer, and used without your permission. Totally hear ya on dealing with assholes you hire that take advantage of ya.
You're not the bad guy here as far as I can tell. But just because someone posts their opinion or advice here, doesn't mean you should get all bent out of shape over it. Just don't follow it. Trust me, I've learned the hard way on here.
To everyone else doling out legal advice when you're not lawyers and/or poking fun or blaming him or warning him of recourse... cool. But you sound pretty retarded. And your opinion is still just an opinion no matter how pretty you dress it up to be.
Even though a member here did something bad, I agree, he technically did not violate the TOS of this forum and did not commit the these account hijacks on the forum or through it, so technically, we have zero weight here. We're Switzerland. Neutral. His account may or may not be banned, depending on how he handles himself here. Not saying he's got the benefit of the doubt, just saying that the OP and the user in question, need to figure out a way to work it out amongst themselves.
Personally, Seema - I wouldn't let anyone who fucked me over after working for me, get away with anything. I'd lay down the law and never let them forget it, using every possible recourse I had at my disposal, regardless of how long or how it would last for or even how brutally aggressive it may be. But I live by a much different code than most others - "Never Forgive. Never Forget. No Remorse. Total Victory." -- But hey, that's just me.
