Save a few places? You mean everywhere but places with next to no opportunity if your born on the bottom rung i.e United states, deep in Africa etc. That's not black people it's just shitty conditions. Take all the black people out of the ghetto and bus in all whites. Exact same result. Environment plays a huge part.
 
Only read the first few posts...but didn't santorum say in one of the recent debates that a study done recently showed that over 70% of the people/families can overcome poverty if they followed these 3 rules:

1) Work
2) Graduate High School
3) Have child AFTER marriage


I think that third one is really what hurts most of our lower class, especially blacks.

That is total bullshit. There are about 500 times more poverty stricken trailer parks in the U.S. and you'd be hard fucking pressed to find one of them that has crime statistics like the average black ghetto.

There are more than twice as many more poor white people than there are poor black people in the U.S. yet you see statistics like this:

Blacks are, in general, more violent by nature.
