Bottom line - US affiliates are pretty much screwed. While a tiny percentage are creative enough to figure out a way, the overwhelming majority of people just can't compete with non-US affiliates who can still run farticles, etc. and don't have to worry about the FTC. Talk about an uneven playing field.
