US Airstikes Against ISIS -- Your Tax Dollars at Work

All I know is if the silent majority on all sides ever stood up at the same time, this entire bullshit war on terror would end almost over night. No more ISIS, no more US military complex, nothing.

But nope. The 99.5% of us are just going to stay in the shadows, and watch the events unfold with hopes it doesn't come to our doorstep, even though we all know full well it's not right or just. And that's the saddest part about this whole ordeal.

At what point does the pendulum begin swinging the other way? Does it ever in this case?

When the Galacons of the world fuck off and die, then the rest of us can have an honest discourse on the subject (ignoring the jews, of course).

How many nazis were there in 1946?

How many Nazis are there today, genius?

Also, ISIS and Nazism are different in some very important ways.

Nazi party in WWII was nationalistic as fuck, and highly exclusive. Even modern day manifestations of Nazism are usually centered around dogmatic, nationalist ideals.

ISIS's ideology isn't so centralized. It might want to bring about an Islamic Super State, but it's tentacles extend anywhere there are small pockets of radical Islamic cuntsmears.

That was mostly likely a 250 or 500lb JDAM.

Those only cost like $20k.

Well, I was factoring in the cost of the war ship that sent the missile, the manning of it, cost to get it out there, etc.

Regardless, that's not even war. That's just a couple jerk offs in the control room playing around. Looked at some satellite images, "hey, look at this loser and his flag. let's drop a 500lbs bomb on him!", and BOOM, his and his flags' existence are gone.

Those bombs were dropped from jets. Looks like 4-5 bombs dropped.

Apparently there were some dug out positions on that hill and behind it so thats what I believe they were going for there. Also a show of force to tell them to fuck off from Kobane.

In this video you can hear the jets after the explosion

You should also factor in the fact that it's not like they're dropping 80k in cash, that money goes into the economy. I'm not sure what % of it would be sent to foreign countries, but I reckon a decent portion of it stays in the USA. So, rest easy, sweet prince.

Huh???

If you want to put it into those terms, the money got transferred from a plumber, to the bank account of an executive at a defense contractor who builds bombs to continue this war.

I'm not sure where the validation is... it's ok to bomb the shit out of brown people half way across the world, because it helps support your faltering economy? Is that the validation?

You're starting to sound lukep with this save the brown people rhetoric.

I'm not validating anything, I'm just saying you can sleep a little easier knowing they didn't waste 80k or [insert number pulled from your ass here].

I fail to understand ur claims.
Ur saying that US went to war in order to achieve some financial profit.
But beside creating work for the US weapons manufacturers (Which can still profit by just selling their creations to war zones, without actually fighting)
I don't see how the US is going to profit from this story.

They don't have any boots on the ground, so they wont be able to do what they did in Iraq, in terms of construction and oil...
And on another note, they are helping the Syria gov the maintain their regime which is allied with the Russians.
So, the only ones making a real profit from the US attacking ISIS is Russia/Iran/Assad(all allied together)

When ur tired bashing the US and the western world, i invite u to write ISIS 21+ in youtube, and see what those brown people are doing with their spare time

Well, that and there's only a finite amount of resources on the planet, and the US would like to control as many of them as it can. And yes, for financial profit as well.

I don't see how the US is going to profit from this story.

Yeah, and I don't see why they invaded Iraq either, but what the hell, it happened.

They don't have any boots on the ground

Ohhh, don't worry, they will within 6 months. All you have to do is watch the propaganda that's coming out of CNN, and the writing is on the wall. There will be Western boots on the ground shortly. Look at the news that's been coming out over the past month -- they're already getting the public primed up to the fact.

Well, when you illegally invade other countries and drop 500lbs bombs on their homes killing their wife and kids, then yeah, they tend to get quite pissed off. Your solution to this is more bombs? How exactly is that going to bring about peace?

That indeed makes sense

Youre right, but they didnt invade anywhere now, nor they will.

I agree that bombing someone can make him mad at you :)
But
Do you remember when Pres. obama was elected the first thing he did on is foreign policy was to tell the muslim world that is with them, and he really is with them, but guess what, they still don't like the US.
Can u guess why ?
maybe it is indeed religion related, like they say it is ?
Im not saying all Muslims are Isis, But for sure all ISIS are Muslims

For now, but Russia/Iran/Assad have made it clear that they are concerned with the potential longer-term ramifications.

Money is always related, but why would the US turned to be an active fighter only 3 years into the fighting, why not sooner, if its all money related...

Because Iraq went to shit. The US govt expected it to go way smoother than it did. That didn't happen, so plans got delayed.

Do you remember the news reports while the "shock & awe" campaign in Baghdad was happening? I do. They were gearing up the public to go into Syria, with reports that WMD was being transported across the border, and shit like that. Iraq went to hell though, so their plans got delayed, and those news reports magically disappeared off the networks.

Like it or not, this is WWIII. It's not going to end until at least a third, if not a half of the world is obliterated.

How exactly is that going to bring about peace?

Do you really think there can be peace with a people who's ideology demands your death, and that of everyone else that doesn't follow their brand of zealotry? Do you honestly believe THEY want peace? Their goal is to take over the world and to kill the infidels.

A zealot can't be reasoned with man. You're not going to change their mind. No matter how much you debate the illogical with them, they're still going to want to cut off your head or put a bullet in the back of your skull.

You're living in la la land if you think otherwise.
