So i was driving to the bank to cash a check, and the bank that i use is right by the welfare office. So im looking for a fucking spot and its 10:00AM and there no parking spaces.

So what do i do? I have to park on the other side the fucking street. Im walking a mile and i see over 100 people ouside some building. I look over and its the fucking welfare office. Who do i see there? People who look like they have more money then me. I see

-18 year old moms
-illegals
-Whores
-Scam artist

Just any scumbag you can think of. But i tried to ignore it rather then get pissed and argue with somebody. This lady pulls up like a bat out of hell and is driving a 2009 chevy blazer. She comes out with her weave, nails, 500$ outfit, high heels ect. And her 25 kids are in the car screaming, i mean just a bunch of out of control misfits who look like rag dolls.

I cash my check and im walking back, and there are more people in line. No joke it looked like a fucking mob. Each of these people were lazy fucks and i could tell just by the way they were. Screaming kids, smell of booze on them.

I should wiped a camera out and posted it on youtube. But besides the point i just made it made me mad. Here i am working hard to make it in IM and these scumbags are using our tax dollars and having babies.

Then i went to wal-mart because my mom asked me to get her a few things. And these people run over with me to help "stimulate the economy" as liberals like to say, and they are buying Sams cola, chips, candy to feed their overweight kids. Im like jesus that isnt going to help anything out. I started to get angry because these people are buying expesive shit. Bacon, turkey, oil to deep fry with. I mean i wouldnt buy that shit if i had money, but im like fuck me.

Last year a History teacher said the following when we argued over welfare in front of the class and i owned him but he used his bs save his ass.

"What do i do if im out of work and have no money? I guess i will have to come steal from you"

You see that, give me some god damn money or the stero gets it josh.

Then he has the nerve to say says it helps our economy, i say they all rush over to wal-mart that isnt going to help anybody out. He says that im a liar

"Most people on welfare use there money to support small local businesses"

Before this post gets to long i just would like you to go to your welfare offices on the 3rd. That was the day i went, and whenever welfare checks come out just see how many people are in line. Hell make a youtube video of it and put a CPA offer in the sidebar. Make some money back from these losers.

1. 18 year old moms? While that shit definitely isn't good for the economy or the kid, an 18 year old mom is a scumbag? If anything, that's the one thing on your list that should be getting welfare.

Illegal immigrants can't get welfare. Whores, fuck 'em. Scam artists? How can you look at a crowd outside the welfare office and pick out the scam artists?

Also, the Wal-Mart is right next to the Welfare office, and people run over there (following you, apparently), and then you stalk them to see what they buy? And bacon, turkey, and oil are expensive? What do you propose they buy, something cheaper like soda, chips, and candy?

Looks like public education failed you, due to the amazing use of spelling, grammar, run on sentences, etc.
 
How exactly would an illegal immigrant get welfare?

I hear all the right-wingers bitch about illegals getting welfare. But none of them actually explains how that's possible.

I've never been to a welfare office, but I would imagine one would have to provide sufficient paperwork to prove their legal status before getting any benefits.

And considering that all local DMV offices across the country now have direct links to immigration services, getting a driver's license isn't that easy either. I'm pretty sure SS office also checks with the immigration before issuing a number.

So if they can't provide a state ID and/or SS card, how the fuck are they supposed to be able to get anything at all?

I'm not even going to ask how you figured they are illegals just by looking at them, as that would expose what a piece of shit you really are.

In general, it's amazing that you are broke and miserable, and yet you support the right-wing elite by trying to associate yourself with them.

Let me open a big secret: you are not one of them.

So it seems like you should at least try to support people who pretend that they care about you (the left). But instead, you actually support those who openly shit on you.

Because if I had to make an opinion of you and your status in society based on what you wrote, I would look at the wording you used when you said you "Going to the bank to CASH A CHECK" Generally people who live paycheck to paycheck and collect welfare are accustomed to using statements like Cashing A Check where as people of a more privileged stature and live a higher or even middle class lifestyle tend to say DEPOSITING A CHECK because they're more accustomed to depositing checks rather than cashing them. So if I had to generalize you in the same way you generalized them I'd throw you right in that same welfare/walmart line you were bitching about.

Sorry I really can't stand it when people bash the poor. Bash the government that enables the welfare state, bash the welfare system for keeping people in in the loop of poverty, but don't trash on people who are taking advantage of what's available to them due to their income level because for all the people who abuse the system there are others who really need it and don't deserve to be grouped in with them.

Josh, step off your podium and realize that the world is made up of millions, even billions of different people. Some are rich, some are poor. Some stand in that line ashamed that they can't get a job. Some believe that the government owes them. Others just don't care. Just like some people walk past those same people and get mad and vent in online forums, others feel sad for them, others just don't care.

Just relax bud. What those people are or are not doing shouldn't affect you so much. You've bigger things to worry about, I hope.
 
I promise you there are serious financial problems the US is under.

However, its not welfare and its not social security. Those are nothing compared to our actual problems which are medicare liability and excessive borrowing for things like the bank bailouts

There is slight truth to some of what the guy said, but obviously that isn't the full story, maybe like 5% correct.

Yes, there ARE people like that, but the real problem is that you will only see and remember the bad ones.

The quiet ones, those that bring the welfare money home as quickly as possible, those that spend it on groceries for their families, saving every penny they can, while dressing in normal clothing... you will never notice them.

My wife and I cook for the poor sometimes, and there it is the same thing. Easy to remember the loud and abnoxious ones, those with expensive looking clothing asking for a third helping while their cellphone is ringing, those blitzed out on drugs around payment time.

Easy to overlook the meek and quiet ones. Those saying a small thank you for the soup and leaving as soon as they are finished instead of hanging out or helping with the dishes or the cleaning up.

We got a stage worker there. He used to work for some big names and was making good money. His nice life was ended by an accident. Months in hospitals, years in physical therapy, now quite unfit for any job. Even without being in financial ruin (like you would be in the US), his life was over from that point on.

Talk and listen to people. It will be obvious that the fall can be quite unexpected and hard.

Be a bit more humble instead of making a fool of yourself.

I think that covers what I feel about this thread. Here's a quote a learned a long time ago, in my early 20's. It's better to let them think you are a fool, than to open your mouth and PROVE you are a fool.

We all see those things and it drives me nuts (the loud obnoxious ones), but, I have faith that karma will prevail to those that would lie/cheat etc. I know a few sets of couples personally that have been on welfare, it isn't fun or pretty and the circumstances were not of their own making.

Here's a bit of life advice. Let Go and Let God, and Rule #62.

3 or 4 weeks ago I had a nice long conversation about life in general with a friendly guy who ran drugs for a while until he got caught. Really nice guy, just supporting his family.

Forged documents can be had for about $250 that will pass muster at the Welfare office. Sometimes you can find a friendly welfare office worker who will expedite/approve things for you in exchange for a little cash. You can bring a neighbor's kids with you to bump up the amount you get, since larger families get more.

They get a $80,000 3 bedroom house and, until they're established, have 3 families who live in it. Kids live in the living room, parents get the bedrooms. They don't have to pay childcare costs, because someone's always there - either an older kid or an adult.

The profit margins on drugs are really what helps these families get by, though. I might be slightly off on the numbers here, but from what I remember he told me, he paid $5000 in Mexico for a package of meth to get to America and deliver in Omaha - where it would sell for 70k. Pot has a lower rate of return, he said, so he didn't do that as much. He'd do a run 2-3 times a year and that'd support all his relatives easily, plus allow them money to do their own business.
 
FWIW, I'm a hard-ass libertarian. In general I oppose the Welfare State completely. However, I am finding it less easy to get angry about individuals on food stamps and Medicaid with the massive wasteful federal spending on corporate welfare, military adventurism,etc. As well as the way state corporatism has distorted the market for certain services and priced people out of them. The "welfare queens" are very very small part of the expansive state. And many people on assistance work full time and are "normal" people with decent values. many of those who demonize welfare recipients do not otherwise give a shit about wasteful spending and support big government interference in just about everything else.

Usually because they buy clothes to fit a certain look. Nice shoes, jacket, pants, etc. Gold. Lots of gold.

Sad thing is, these guys have all this money invested in clothes that just set them apart from normal society. Put that money into a few good suits. Sell cars for a while. Get some cash and go into business for yourself.
