Most states require a foreign passport with a valid visa before they would even consider issuing you a license. And I don't even think all types of visas qualify.

Also don't forget to check the social security office, which sure as fuck doesn't give out numbers to illegal immigrants.

I hear all the right-wingers bitch about illegals getting welfare. But none of them actually explains how that's possible.

I've never been to a welfare office, but I would imagine one would have to provide sufficient paperwork to prove their legal status before getting any benefits.

And considering that all local DMV offices across the country now have direct links to immigration services, getting a driver's license isn't that easy either. I'm pretty sure SS office also checks with the immigration before issuing a number.

So if they can't provide a state ID and/or SS card, how the fuck are they supposed to be able to get anything at all?

I'm not even going to ask how you figured they are illegals just by looking at them, as that would expose what a piece of shit you really are.

I agree. Sure there is people that cant function, and I dont mind helping.
But most people I know on welfare, take advantage of it and are capable of working. I'm talking about healthy grown man and woman. I grow up very poor, but I've been working since I was 13. I'm not the smartest or had no advantage in life, other then working hard and doing my research.
I personally know people that take advantage of the system and work for cash on the side. All the kids got college paid for, they pay $50 / month for rent (section 8), the've never paid cash for food; and then they preach to me about how to be a better person. No fuck this. Dont have any sympathy for the majority of welfare recipients.

On a side note, my mama had to go on welfare for a couple of years after my dad ran out on her and us 4 kids. She worked 2 jobs for years just to pay the rent and keep us clothed and fed. She mostly needed the Medicare because health care costs for 4 kids were totally out of control even back then.

There is no need to double-check any list by checking more blogs. My guess they copy shit from each other just like affiliates do with acai landers.

Just go to the DMV site for any state you want to look up and see the requirements right from the source. All required paperwork is outlined right there. I just picked two states from your list on random, and both of them required proof of legal status as shown right on their websites.

What's the point of arguing over something by referencing third parties as if it were an opinion when we are talking about easily verifiable facts.

Maybe a decade ago things were different. But now, the federal government pushes its own regulations down onto states.

Besides, even if you do have a driver's license, I doubt you can eligible for welfare if you don't have an SS number. And since SS office is part of the federal government, I doubt they would give out numbers without checking with the immigration.

We can argue over this all day, but there is really no way for illegals to get welfare.

The only possibility is by committing fraud. And as I replied above, that's a totally different problem.

I would even go as far as to say that committing fraud to get driver's license so one can commute to work and feed their family is better than committing fraud to rip of someone's credit card accounts. The latter being the most common reason why citizens commit identity fraud/theft.

So in the context of discussing the problem of fraud, if you insist on splitting it into citizens vs. illegals, then I'm pretty sure the illegals would win on the moral scale.

So i was driving to the bank to cash a check, and the bank that i use is right by the welfare office. So im looking for a fucking spot and its 10:00AM and there no parking spaces.

So what do i do? I have to park on the other side the fucking street. Im walking a mile and i see over 100 people ouside some building. I look over and its the fucking welfare office. Who do i see there? People who look like they have more money then me. I see

Just any scumbag you can think of. But i tried to ignore it rather then get pissed and argue with somebody. This lady pulls up like a bat out of hell and is driving a 2009 chevy blazer. She comes out with her weave, nails, 500$ outfit, high heels ect. And her 25 kids are in the car screaming, i mean just a bunch of out of control misfits who look like rag dolls.

I cash my check and im walking back, and there are more people in line. No joke it looked like a fucking mob. Each of these people were lazy fucks and i could tell just by the way they were. Screaming kids, smell of booze on them.

I should wiped a camera out and posted it on youtube. But besides the point i just made it made me mad. Here i am working hard to make it in IM and these scumbags are using our tax dollars and having babies.

Then i went to wal-mart because my mom asked me to get her a few things. And these people run over with me to help "stimulate the economy" as liberals like to say, and they are buying Sams cola, chips, candy to feed their overweight kids. Im like jesus that isnt going to help anything out. I started to get angry because these people are buying expesive shit. Bacon, turkey, oil to deep fry with. I mean i wouldnt buy that shit if i had money, but im like fuck me.

Last year a History teacher said the following when we argued over welfare in front of the class and i owned him but he used his bs save his ass.
