Your favorite 10 mins or less meals for maximum conversions

A lot of you guys are thinking dinner, while I was thinking mainly LUNCH when I opened this thread.. Let's say it's 1pm and you're totally focused on work, yet your stomach is growling so you want to go to the kitchen and eat something quick so you can get back to work ASAP and not completely lose the momentum!

That's why you make too much when cooking dinner the night before. :)

Grill chicken breasts on Sunday night.
Chop into cubes.
Make buffalo chicken salad.
Eat???
Profit???
 
Nuke a potato
Cook up some ground turkey or chicken with mixed veggies and black beans
Mix everything together with some BBQ sauce.
Top with a little cheese.

Fucking delicious.
 
this is what i eat pretty much everyday

breakfast: raw oats+milk+honey (or banana) [I absolutely love this]

lunch: rice+vegetables

dinner: pasta + 8 egg whites

i would say all three together takes less than 1 hour of my time

also plenty of fruits

one healthy motherfucker right here. You must enjoy high conversion rates with such a diet lol

I always spend the time to make nice dinners. Grab a beer, throw some music on, and spend some time chopping up all the veggies, garlic, ginger, and whatever else, and cook up an amazing meal for us.

One, it tastes fucken good, and it's always healthy. And two, it's the one thing that completely gets my mind off work. With basically anything else, I'll always have work on the back of my mind.

Both posts describe my habits exactly. I do all the cooking, the girl does the cleaning. I always try to make something really tasty with loads of fresh veggies and I almost always make enough for dinner and a couple lunches. So one night I might spend a hour or two cooking and the next couple days about 10 minutes for lunch.
 
Juice. If I'm craving some fat/protein, I'll grab some mexican food.

You sir are a disgrace to the purity of the white race! You should only be eating steamed rice, WHITE bread (fuck that brown wheat shit), cauliflower, potatoes, and stakes.
 

^This on Angelhair pasta. Best lunch in town, about $5 per if you share, although I do drain the extra fat/oil off the top when it's done.
 
When my husband and I don't feel like ordering in, I keep a couple wedges of Parmesan cheese on hand to grate up and mix with fresh cream and butter for Alfredo sauce. If you make the sauce while you make the pasta, it takes about 10 minutes.

For those looking to learn how to cook, making your own Alfredo sauce for your pasta is a really good place to start as it only takes 3 ingredients and is done within moments.

General rate I use is 1/2 stick butter, 1 wedge of cheese, 1 pint of cream to one package of pasta.

Pretty much the same as OP. Eat that for lunch for just a week, and you'll feel better.

If i'm feeling frisky, I'll stir fry the big schrimps and use them as tuna substitute.

Feels good man.
 
Get yourself a nice piece of beef tenderloin season with kosher salt, pepper, and minced garlic and throw in oven for 20 min @ 400 degrees. Prep time is about 45 seconds and youll be eating like a king.
