Any recommendations for women's fitness?
Nothing that will get us women big of course, maybe something that will help cut fat and look lean (in addition to cardio and weight training)?

Well, for "women fitness" try doing cardio and cathlistic (sp?) shit, too look lean and tone.
Diet will only do so much ... you can look thin but you'll look like shit.
