WF Healthy Diet Club (HARD BODY)

Yeah, I binge each once a week and I KILL IT COMPLETELY. That is how productionhead and I got the nickname of "Greenpoint killas" because we use to consume 15-20 pounds of solid food between two of us while watching scarface and blood diamond in our office.... I blame the sour diesel...

No worries though, all that food was organic and local coming from Urban Rustic • (718) 388 9444 • 236 N. 12th Street Brooklyn, NY 11211.

I have a chef come in twice a week, only pay her 10 bucks an hour and she used to cook for a bunch of famous rappers. Ridiculously worth it. I recommend it to anyone trying to stick to a certain diet. Just have good meals ready to eat.

Here is my chef's current ingredient list.

Cooking Ingredients:
Low-fat and low-carbohydrate protein sources
Fibrous Vegetables
Lemon Juice
All Spices
Vinegar
Mustard
Soy Sauce
Broth/Bouillon

My daily intake:

150 g Protein Per Day
50 g Protein Per Meal

10g Fish oil Per Day
1 Multivitamin / Day
3-5g of Sodium / Day
1g of Potassium / Day
500mg Magnesium / Day
600-1200mg Calcium / Day
1-2 Litres of Cold Water Per Day

Its good to eat healthy, however, the key is to eat organic food.

This is because, organic food does not have fat that are harmful to your body, such as transfat.

The human body needs fat as well, but only healthy fat. Healthy fat are fat that are unprocessed, which are from anything that is organic. The reason is that fat is a very reactive substance, so if it goes through processing with heat and chemicals it will turn into harmful fat. This is why you should not eat deep fried food and all those processed fast food.

For fat, try to eat mono unsaturated fat, such as olive oil, peanuts etc.

You can also eat saturated fat, just gotta make sure they are organic.

:)

I'm bulking but I still try to eat fairly healthy.

So far today:

Morning: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, cereal (oats+honey+creatine+1 egg all raw), ~50g walnuts & 600ml OJ. MV and liv52 pills.

50g whey (on pro complex gainer 600 calories) with 600ml milk at 11am.

Lunch: Chicken, rice, curry.

~5pm: 3 tuna sandwiches + caffeine fix.

Now (10PM): Beef curry, lentils, indian bread.

Will have muscle pharm's bullet proof with 600ml more milk before sleeping in another ~3 hours.

Would eat more + supplements on workout days but currently injured from a nasty car crash last week.

go at your own pace.. all i did this new year was cut out Pop and stopped eating after 9 PM.

Dropped 12 so far from really doing nothing (was 225)

I had a stir fry (chicken scallions and white rice) and and ice cream sandwich. Gotta cut out the sandwich though, too much sugar.

Hardly balling for a personal chef. Post an ad on craigslist for 10 an hour - alternate the applications over three days a week. Pick the best one. Keep one on backup in your phone.

to cook for a few days they come in for like 3 hours. 30 bucks is less than a meal at a good restaurant. hard body yo
