WF Healthy Diet Club (HARD BODY)

quinoa is a legit replacement for white rice and it doesn't taste like shit like brown rice. it's sorta like couscous but crazy healthy - tons of protein, iron, etc.

i totally put on some weight over the holidays - so now i'm in with a trainer twice a week, with one more evening workout. i do cardio every morning though.

for me it's about balance - if i stay too strict i'll end up falling off the wagon hardcore and snarfing back entire fast food restaurants.

I have a chef come in twice a week, only pay her 10 bucks an hour and she used to cook for a bunch of famous rappers. Ridiculously worth it. I recommend it to anyone trying to stick to a certain diet. Just have good meals ready to eat.

Here is my chef's current ingredient list.

Cooking Ingredients:
Low-fat and low-carbohydrate protein sources
Fibrous Vegetables
Lemon Juice
All Spices
Vinegar
Mustard
Soy Sauce
Broth/Bouillon

My daily intake:

150 g Protein Per Day
50 g Protein Per Meal

10g Fish oil Per Day
1 Multivitamin / Day
3-5g of Sodium / Day
1g of Potassium / Day
500mg Magnesium / Day
600-1200mg Calcium / Day
1-2 Litres of Cold Water Per Day

There is just something about prepping your own food that makes it a lot more pleasing and rewarding. Not only do you put more care into your own cooking, but the knowledge is almost valueless later on in life.

yeah white rice is bad.

I've also heard that the body can only absorb 40 Grams of protein at a time, any truth to that?

I'm bulking but I still try to eat fairly healthy.

So far today:

Morning: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, cereal (oats+honey+creatine+1 egg all raw), ~50g walnuts & 600ml OJ. MV and liv52 pills.

50g whey (on pro complex gainer 600 calories) with 600ml milk at 11am.

Lunch: Chicken, rice, curry.

~5pm: 3 tuna sandwiches + caffeine fix.

Now (10PM): Beef curry, lentils, indian bread.

Will have muscle pharm's bullet proof with 600ml more milk before sleeping in another ~3 hours.

Would eat more + supplements on workout days but currently injured from a nasty car crash last week.

What % of BF are you? Unless you're at 10% BF or below, you're not going to see much definition from all that bulking. Get well soon from that car accident!

That is what I heard too and the rest turns into glucose, which is something you do not want.

It is best if you do 6 meals per day with the highest concentration of protein in the morning not exceeding 35-40 depending on your current weight and goals.

i find it so hard to eat more than 40 grams of protein at once anyway. unless it's bbq. but somehow i don't think ribs and burnt ends really work into a healthy lifestyle goal.

just did

4 x 8 bar bell ass to grass squat
4 x 10 standing military press

cascading weights only. that's how we do

i am cutting right now so i dont have energy to push myself . gonna go out back and get some quails for supper

Hmm fuck yes this is what I need a personal chef.

Right now I'm using Amplified WheyBolic Extreme 60- GNC brand. It has the whey isolate and leucine formula combined, tastes pretty good. I take it 15 minutes after I do weight training.

14%. I am not too worried about definition right now. I want to get big. I doubled my weight since 2007 (35KG to 72KG now).

White rice isn't that bad for you.
This. For most people* who aren't competing in bodybuilding contests you can eat white rice, white bread, a pack of chips and a beer everyday without serious consequences.

Stop OCD'ing over each tiny dietary detail. The body will sort itself out as long as the majority of food you eat is healthy and you have a good workout plan (lifting + cardio).

*Exception is obese fuckers (until you cut down. A regular workout routine does wonders for the metabolism).

Apple, Coffee X2
2 lunchmeat and cheese sammiches
Rode the longboard for like 30 mins
grilled chicken, broccoli, country rice
Bowl of ice cream, low-cal granola
