If you didn't realise these were hacked links from the sales thread more fool you. I personally don't care what he was selling. When you see some of the shit other vendors are selling, that shit should be a criminal offence. I didn't buy though so have no interest in the debate. I do like ccarters posts, regardless of his motives. There does appear to be a small group of members here hating and others conspiring to silence other members which I do not like.
I noticed since 2 years, that some group of hackers was building up big networks of hacked sites for backlinks. Not in the old style, where the site was content wise overtaken. By inserting in the upper content part links & keys for medicals or porn. This time they added some hidden link blocks and nothing more. And they tried to update that block. MY first thought was sape and russians but there was a big turkish group too.
They are mainly going for wordpress and joomla sites using outdated installations or bad addons. Because joomla is used massiv by 3rd world authorities and universities you can get tons of high PR .gov and .edu links in that way.
It should be clear that, like cookie stuffing, this is a real crime. At last in the US you will be handled as real criminal in that business. Its only a matter of time until the FBI is doing its homework here too. Its to much money in to ignore it.

I have my own sites too. The point here is that there's more than one way to skin a cat. I'll learn other methods in time. Building a site is a lot more simple than the building the business behind it. Doing the marketing for a 8 figure revenue business is also easier than creating that business, no?
I know everyone on here is a baller making millions, but I didn't start with the capital or experience to make my own £xx,xxx a month autopilot sites.
