No, not that particular rifle. I'm sure it's pretty decent.
The Smith I have has been very reliable for a 22. Probably run about 2000 rounds through it, just cheap Federal stuff, and have had less than 10 failures / malfunctions. Not too shabby for a rimfire.
Accurate too. We (me, the wife and kids) can hit steel at 100 yards with it, no problem. Group about 6 inches, mainly due to cheap red dot and shooting too fast. I'm guessing if we slow down, the group could be as small as a couple inches.
The biggest problem with that rifle is conserving ammo. It is too damn much fun. You will rip through ammo with it. Make sure you buy a lot of extra magazines. I've got 4 and they're not enough. That's only about 2 minutes worth of shooting and 7 minutes worth of reloading. If you have more magazines, you can be shooting while a friend reloads and vice versa.

You can not interchange any full size AR parts with this rifle. The guy in the video doesn't seem too sure. Even the stock is smaller, so a standard SOPMOD stock will not fit.
OMG, I think I just found something that could make this even more fun:
